6 Local nonprofits will pitch their organization or a unique program idea in front of community business leaders, philanthropists and YOU!

CAN I BE A SHARK? Yes! Any person or business willing to donate a minimum $250 is able to be a SHARK. Sign up here:  https://www.bestchamber.com/shark-application.html

WHAT IS A SHARK’S COMMITMENT?

• A minimum donation of $250 is required, with the option of increasing your donation during the event and/or among multiple nonprofits.

• SHARKS will attend the presentation event. If you can’t make the event but still want to participate, “proxy sharks” can make a donation on your behalf.

• At the conclusion of the presentations, SHARKS will make their donation(s) to a nonprofit of their choice.

  • Individuals participating need to be prepared to, write a check at the event to the chosen nonprofit(s).

  • Company representatives will commit to sending a check within 30 days to the chosen nonprofit(s).

Additionally, SHARKS will receive:

• Acknowledgment at beginning and end of event

• Company logo recognition: prominently featured on website event page, printed materials, e-marketing, media releases and in lobby during registration and on screens during program
