Employer Matching
Employee matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations such as Covered™. It’s an easy way to double your contribution to us! Some employers also have corporate grants available for employees to submit on the charity’s behalf. Ask your HR department if your employer participates in either of these.

DONATE THROUGH A DONOR ADVISED FUND
A donor-advised fund, or DAF, is a simple, tax-smart investment solution to supporting charitable organizations you care about. Donating cash or stock through a DAF generally allows the donor to receive an immediate tax deduction.
DONATE THROUGH A STOCK TRANSFER
When you donate stock to eligible charities such as Covered™, you’ll be able to take a tax deduction for the full fair market value. And because you are donating stock, your contribution and tax deduction may instantly increase over 20%. If you wish to take advantage of these tax benefits, contact your financial advisor to get this process started.

HOMELESS CONTRIBUTION TAX CREDIT
Covered Colorado™ is currently participating in the Colorado Homeless Contribution Income Tax Credit (HCTC) program. That means a cash donation of $100 or more or an in-kind donation of over $5,000 may qualify you for a 25% state tax credit. Click here to learn more!:

HOST A PEER-TO-PEER FUNDRAISER
Are you passionate about Covered Colorado™ and looking to help us fundraise? Host a peer-to-peer fundraiser to support sex trafficking survivors. Invite your peers (friends, coworkers, families) to learn more about our mission and to donate to Covered™’s programming. Ambassadors are available upon request.
