Part-Time Weekend Residential Support Staff

Covered Colorado is seeking a reliable, dedicated and compassionate part-time Residential Support Staff to join our milieu-based residential program for adult female survivors of trafficking. This in-person role focuses on creating a safe, structured, and client-centered environment that fosters healing, autonomy, and community engagement.

Work Schedule

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 4:00pm 

Two residential locations; Saturday outing with another staff member

Wednesdays:  1pm-2:30pm

    • Weekly staff meeting (in-person or virtual; occasional required trainings)

Brief overview of the position

  • Engage with residents throughout the shift; this is an active, hands‑on role

  • Model healthy boundaries, grounding skills, and de‑escalation techniques

  • Support daily routines, groups, check-ins, and structured activities

  • Respond to early signs of dysregulation using trauma‑informed strategies

  • Document client interactions, shift notes, and incidents

  • Assist with chores, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment

  • Administer medications (QMAP) and complete UAs/BAs and sharps procedures

  • Drive clients in a 12‑passenger company van for outings and appointments
