Part-Time Residential Support Staff

Covered Colorado is seeking compassionate, reliable Residential Support Staff to support adult female survivors of trafficking in a trauma‑informed, community‑based residential program. This in‑person role focuses on safety, structure, emotional regulation, and supportive engagement.

Brief overview of the position

  • Engage with residents throughout the shift; this is an active, hands‑on role

  • Model healthy boundaries, grounding skills, and de‑escalation techniques

  • Support daily routines, groups, check-ins, and structured activities

  • Respond to early signs of dysregulation using trauma‑informed strategies

  • Document client interactions, shift notes, and incidents

  • Assist with chores, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment

  • Administer medications (QMAP) and complete UAs/BAs and sharps procedures

  • Drive clients in a 12‑passenger company van for outings and appointments
