Part-Time Weekend Residential Support Staff

Covered Colorado is seeking a reliable, dedicated and compassionate part-time Residential Support Staff to join our milieu-based residential program for adult female survivors of trafficking. The Residential Milieu Staff provide direct support within Covered’s residential program by creating a safe, structured, and trauma‑informed environment where survivors experience consistency, healthy relationships, accountability, and hope. Through meaningful daily interactions, staff reinforce program expectations and support each woman’s healing and growth.

Work Schedule

Weekly Shift: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 10:00am - 8:00pm

Two residential locations all 3 days and the Care & Education Center in Parker on Thursdays & Fridays.

Wednesdays:  1pm-2:30pm

    • Weekly staff meeting (in-person or virtual; occasional required trainings)

Brief overview of the position

  • Engage with residents throughout the shift; this is an active, hands‑on role

  • Model healthy boundaries, grounding skills, and de‑escalation techniques

  • Support daily routines, groups, check-ins, and structured activities

  • Respond to early signs of dysregulation using trauma‑informed strategies

  • Document client interactions, shift notes, and incidents

  • Assist with chores, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment

  • Administer medications (QMAP) and complete UAs/BAs and sharps procedures

  • Drive clients in a 12‑passenger company van to and from the Care & Education Center and on weekend outings
