Development Director
The Development Director is the primary staff member overseeing Covered Colorado’s fundraising and donor development. This role works closely with the Executive Director and other executive staff to raise funds and build strong relationships with corporations, churches, foundations, and individual donors. In addition to managing campaigns and donor systems, the Development Director will serve as a visible representative of Covered Colorado in the community. This includes networking, outreach, and cultivating new connections to increase awareness and financial support. The Development Director will also oversee teams of volunteers to help carry out development efforts.

This position will be a full-time, in-person position in Parker, Colorado and will include travel around the Denver metro area. Mainly daytime hours with some evening and weekend engagements.
